Job Description(Job Responsibilities) :
1. Conduct recruitment and selection process for all levels from production operator up to managerial position to ensure that the position and the required headcount are filled with the right person in a timely manner :
- Obtain and review job requirement from the user
- Create advertisements in various media to spread information of vacant positions.
- Sources potential applicants for qualifications as compared to job requirements through a variety of methods to assure the candidates meets with job requirements
- Lead the selection process - conduct written test and preliminary interview for short-listed applicants in order to provide the qualified candidates.
- Arrange interview schedule with department users to get appointed candidate.
- Arrange negotiation and medical checkup for appointed candidate provide the health condition description based on company's standard
2. Develop, implement and maintain recruitment and selection manual as well as recruitment policies and procedures to ensure the recruitment system is continuously improved and kept up-to-date
3. Coordinating all administration for new hire and resign workers accurately and in timely manner.
Job Requirements(Experience, Education & Skills) :
1. MUST have a Master degree in Psychology with GPA > 3.00
2. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years experience in the same position.
3. Have knowledge of interview techniques and psychological assessment
4. Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.

2. To design and develop automate process through prototyping, simulation and or modeling
3. To ensure safety hazards have been identified and mitigated in the design proposal
4. Build a rationale for automation project by calculating savings versus investment
Job Requirements (Experience, Education & Skills):
1. Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering
2. Having 5 years working experience in automation engineering area, preferably in manufacturing process
3. Basic electrical knowledge (low voltage and electronics)
4. Having knowledge in control system : PLC and Micro controller
5. Expertise in CAD/CAM and mechanical controller
6. Robotic knowledge is a plus

3. NURSE (PERAWAT) - CONTRACT
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Hand in hand with company doctors,taking care of outpatients in clinic
2. Responsible in preparing and maintaining all medical equipments and facilities needed in daily practice
3. Responsible in preparing medicines prescribed by doctors and clearly explaining their doses and functions to the patient
4. Responsible in conducting anamnesis and general examinations during medical checkups
5. Responsible in early detection and cooperate with other team members in managing emergency cases
Requirements:
1. Min.Diploma degree in nursing
2. Min 1 years experience at the relevant position
3. Good personality,communicative,friendly,energetic,committed and highly integrity person
4. Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi
