1. Web Developer
Key Responsibilities :
Creating web applications using PHP, Javascript and occasionally other languages.
Working closely with users to define the requirements and translating them into reliable, intuitive features.
Evangelizing
code quality through writing well architected, structured code, unit
tests, and practicing good engineering hygiene.
Refactoring, optimizing and constantly driving for improved efficiency and code health.
Key Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree from reputable university (Computer Science / Information Technology).
It will be advantage if the candidate has working experience in banking industry (minimum 1 year).
Experience in MVC PHP Framework, Laravel required.
Having understanding regarding web development process- backend (Java/PHP).
Having knowledge about front-end development process (HTML + CSS + JavaScript + Jquery)
Knowing database concept (MySQL/ SQL Server).
Experience in working in a team oriented and collaborative environment.
Intermediate in English (written and oral).
Excellent communications and teamwork skills and good personality.
Efficient planning, organizing, and time management skills.
Proven technical skills.

2. Front End Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT team to develop interactive websites with excellent online experience both in desktop and mobile devices
Continuous adaptation of latest technology solution, to boost overall website capability in meeting sales/conversion
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX
Build reusable code and libraries
Can be work in a team player environment
Assure that all input is validated before submitting to back-end
Analysis UI and UX site
Develop new user-facing features
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Key Requirements:
Proficient understanding responsive mobile site (eg: bootstrap)
Knowledge of HMVC architectures
Proficient understanding HTML5, Web Markup, CSS3
Proficient understanding on versioning tools (eg : bitbucket)
Familiar with OOP PHP code, can work with CMS (ex : WordPress, Magento) is plus
Proficient understanding on Cross browser compatibility
Basic understanding on image authoring tools, able to crop, resize. Familiarity with GIMP or Photoshop is a plus
2 or more years of experience in related position
Good Understanding on Javascript (eg: jQuery, AngularJS and AJAX is mandatory)
3. Accounting and Finance Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Leading
and managing the Bank’s accounting, finance and taxation functions to
ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all company and
governmental requirements, laws and regulations;
Manages
the production of the annual budget and forecasts, monitors the
adherence to approved budgets and calculates variances from the budget
and reports significant issues to high level management;
Complies
with Indonesian regulations on tax filing requirements by adhering to
requirements, advising management on required actions, calculating
estimated tax payments, and assembling data for monthly and annual tax
filings;
Produces, collects and analyses management information, including financial reports, to specific deadlines;
Responsible for respective function’s overall performance and for motivating team to exceed goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
Possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
3-5 years of progressively working experiences in Public Accountant Company for banking industry
Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Fluent in English (written and oral)

Responsibilities :
Understanding
and developing standards and controls to align with the Company’s aim
to build an effective digital platform in all possible aspects.
Implementing
and monitoring the progress of development project to ensure the smooth
running of business and compliance within the industry environment.
Analysis of the current processes.
Qualifications and Key Competencies :
Min. GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management from reputable university.
Fresh graduates or maximum of 1-2 years working experience.
Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Eagerness to learn and share with others.
Language proficiency: Bahasa and English.
5. HR (Compensation & Benefit)
Responsibilities :
Handling for compensation and benefit employee (payroll, tax, bpjs/jamsostek, medical reimbursement, and other benefits).
Prepare report that related to compensation & benefit area.
Qualifications and Key Competencies :
Minimum
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Finance/Accountancy, Human Resource
Management, or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA
3.00.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource Department especially Compensation & Benefit/Payroll.
Good communication expertise ( English is a must).
Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law.
Good expertise in pph 21 and payroll journal.
Expert in computer expertise, especially in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to details.
Good analytical thinking.
High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Willing to travel.
6. Internal Auditor
Responsibilities:
Prepare
and execute specific audit programs, procedures and tasks that are
sufficient to opine on the adequacy of governance, risk management,
control and compliance processes;
Performs
audit procedures, including evaluating suitability of control design
and operating effectiveness, determining compliance with policies and
procedures, identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing
evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures;
Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, compose summary memo, and prepares working papers;
Prepares reports of audit findings, including recommendations that are relevant, complete and accurate for audit assignments;
Build and maintain solid relationships via regular communications with key stakeholders;
Act
as a consultant on all quality control matters, educating staff on
trends and issues so that the business is proactive in addressing them
as required;
Conducts
periodic reviews of compliance with regulatory requirements and
compliance with policy, based on the bank’s risk assessment according to
the approved audit schedule;
Through
continuous education, maintain and improve knowledge of corporate
governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance and internal
audit processes; and
Effectively maintain independence to ensure objectivity of findings and recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from reputable university (finance, accounting or business preferred);
Minimum 3 years of full-time bank auditing experience;
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of major laws and banking regulations required;
Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating and presentation skills;
Confident and able to show conviction over opinions and suggestions;
Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail;
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge, influence and manage key stakeholders; and
Team player with a flexible results driven approach.
7. Account Officer Lending
Responsibilities :
Acknowledge the nature of market based on segmentation which has been stated as fundamental in determining target market.
Conduct
credit process, credit monitoring, and administration based on the
regulation that refer to "Kebijakan Perkreditan Bank" (KPB).
Able to identify consumer need and product offering which correspond to it.
Conduct credit professionally and compose credit memorandum as credit approval application to credit committee.
Qualifications and Key Competencies :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
At least 3 years working experience as account officer lending in banking industry and have database.
Effective communication and good relationship.
Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal, and target oriented person.
Able to analyze financial report.
Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).
8. Web Analyst
Responsibilities:
Analyzing the web traffic including clickstream, voice of customer, outcome, competition
Suggesting ways to achieve website goals
Presenting the analysis
Key Qualifications:
Highly passionate about web analytics
Have read books on web analytics
Is aware of high number of web analytics tools - both freely available and the paid ones
Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Economics/Business/ English Literature
Excellent in English and Indonesian (both oral and written)
Strong communication, organizational and computer skills
Creative, adaptable and responsive to changes and priorities
