Job Role:
Managing all the program/project management activities during implementation of RM&A systems & tools in order to support operations team for carrying out all control points and taking RM&A to the higher Maturity level.
Qualification:
General Qualification :
1. Preferred experience in RA, Fraud Management and Credit Control.
2. Should have been involved in large size project execution with leading vendors ie Subex, WeDo

Job Role:

Overall risk management implementation on the allocated groups for commercial directorate
Overall business continuity management (BCM) implementation on the allocated group for commercial directorate or the allocated service for consumer business stream
Qualification:
